Do I pay Aroos Halls?
No. Aroos Halls is free for families. You pay the deposit and the balance to the venue itself, never to us. We do not hold your money at any point.
What is the difference between a request and a confirmed booking?
At venues that answer requests, sending the form asks the venue; it answers within its response time (usually 24 hours) and your date is kept for you meanwhile. At instant-booking venues the date is held at once. Either way, the booking is confirmed only when the venue confirms your deposit.
What if I need to cancel?
Every venue shows its cancellation terms before you book, and the terms you saw are the terms that apply. Refunds follow them and are paid back by the venue. Open the booking in My bookings to see exactly what you would get back.
I live abroad. Can I book for my family?
Yes. Book with your own phone number and add a relative at home as the contact person for the venue. You can follow the booking and pay the deposit from anywhere.
How do I pay the deposit?
The venue shows its EVC Plus, ZAAD, eDahab, SAHAL or bank details. Send the money and enter the transaction ID on your booking; some venues also take EVC Plus or ZAAD right in the app. Your payment counts once the venue confirms it: a receipt you upload is not a confirmation on its own.
What if the venue does not answer or confirm my payment?
A request the venue does not answer in time expires and the date is freed; a deposit reserved online is released. If a payment you made is not confirmed, message the venue from your booking. After a cancellation or after the event, you can open a complaint from your booking within 14 days and our team reviews it.
